Key Replacement Order Form

When ordering keys, you will need to provide some basic information about your product using the form to your right.

Please note: All keys come in sets of 2. Standard delivery orders are shipped in 2-3 business days from time of request.

IMPORTANT

Your Magna-latch and Tru-Close hinges can be adjusted to ensure closure when gates sag or posts move, so upon receiving your keys, please take a moment to check your gate closes and latches correctly to protect your children and pets.

For hinges click here or simply remove the cap and use a flathead screwdriver to increase or decrease tension.

If your safety gate still does not close and latch please contact us on 1-800-716-0888 or consult your local fence contractor as soon as possible and tie off your gate to prevent access to the pool or other hazard.
